Bangkok (Condominiums)
1. Standard Condos
Description: These are basic condominiums, often found in suburban areas or less central parts of the city.
Features: Standard level condos will typically be 1-2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Basic amenities such as a small pool, gym, and parking.
Size: Approximately 30-50 Sqm (320 - 540 Sqft)

2. Mid-Range Condos
Description: These condos are more modern and often located closer to public transport (BTS, MRT).
